  1. Exclusive Disneyland entertainment art by SHAG available from Disneyland Alumni Club

The Disneyland Alumni Club sent me some information about a special collection created for their group by popular artist SHAG (Josh Agle), and gave me permission to share it. My dear friend and travel agent extraordinaire Mary Kraemer uploaded a photo to Facebook yesterday showing some amazing-looking donuts decorated as Disney characters.

I found the source of the original image, but there was no reference to where or when they found these donuts. I did a little more searching on the Googlenetwebs, and came across this blog post referencing GoNuts Donuts in the Philippines.

  5. Rocks for CHOC - a FUNdraiser benefitting Children's Hospital Orange County

MousePlanet is proud to support Children's Hospital Orange County, and we've partnered with CHOC to kick off a unique fundraiser at the Disney D23 Expo.

Just like the rocks in "A Bug's Life," CHOC Rocks have a deeper meaning. The tradition started with a special little girl named Timmaree, who began painting rocks to pass the time while enduring extensive chemotherapy at CHOC. Eventually doctors, nurses and patients lined up outside her hospital room to get a glimpse.
