  2. DCL Announces New Cancellation Policies, Effective March 3

    Disney Cruise Line has announced new cancellation policies for cruises, effective March 3, 2015. The new cancellation policies break down cruises sailing less than 10 nights into two categories (1-5 nights and 6-9 nights).

  3. Walt Disney World Monorail Route Modifications in February and March

    The Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System will undergo refurbishment that will impact the Resort and Express monorail beams on select days in February and March.

    The modified routes will be in effect on Feb. 3-5, Feb. 9-12, Feb. 23-26 and March 2-5, 2015 from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. During these times, Monorails on the Resort beam will travel between Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Magic Kingdom® Park.     Disney Cruise Line has added a new adult premium dining option to the dinner and brunch offerings at Remy on the Dream and the Fantasy. The new Petites Assiettes de Remy offers a progressive dining option focused on small plates and wine pairings that allows guests to explore the whole dining area at Remy.   5. runDisney races are now BOYM - Bring your own Mylar

    runDisney has implemented a new policy at their races - mylar blankets (the ones given post-race to prevent loss of body temp) will no longer be provided to race participants with two exceptions. One - if you buy a massage, you get a blanket. Two - if you are injured during the race you may get a blanket (not guaranteed). Wow... how cheap can you get?

    This was especially interesting after the WDW Marathon where it was cool and rainy which sent race finishers on a hunt for a mylar. ...
