ok, please do not think I am stupid. I have been a DVC member since nov 05 and I am not sure what a guide is supposed to do. Whenever I have any questions I call the 1 800 800 9800 number and take care of everything there, they have been amazing. Am I supposed to be calling someone else? Our guide has called us a few times to ask about adding more points since there were specials going on, but he tends to call at the worst times, like I am driving or taking care of a customer (not a problem anymore), not his fault just bad timing. I just wanted to know if there was an even easier or better way of using DVC.
