It's interesting to note that WDI's current R&D department was started not too many years ago by an enterprising 'B.F.' who left Disney with millions. Before that there was never a big separate R&D department there to speak of; rather WDI as a whole was more of an 'R&D' department, with more innovation allowed in all the various divisions. Good thing/bad thing?
