I did this run last year as my first "real" organized run and had a blast. I'm really looking forward to it, especially since my husband has promised to haul my kids out of bed to cheer me on along the route.

Hey september, how did the 15K go?

My mom came down to cheer me on during the marathon and it was so much fun. Did you see your family on the route?

I was able to see them--it was one of the highlights of the run! He parked at the Beach Club and took them down along the walkway; it really was the perfect spot because there wasn't anyone really around and they could see me far enough away for lots of cheering on their end.
