From what I can tell, if you stay at these hotels you can access Extra Magic Hours but can't charge to room throughout DW and can't use Magical Express. But what about parking at the theme parks?

From what I have read, there is free parking for the theme parks.
However, also from what I have read, they do charge to park at the hotel. About $9 per day for resort guests for self parking.
