We will be driving up the 5 North from San Diego and are staying at the BWPPI. The instructions say to get off at Disney Way to Katella to Harbor. Should be just go to Harbor South instead. If we follow the recommend directions to Disney Way can you get off from the carpools lanes like some of the other exits allow?

Yes, you can exit from the HOV lane onto Disney Way, then you should just be able to take that to Harbor and turn right onto Harbor Blvd. If you go up to the South Harbor exit, you will have to backtrack and do a U-turn I think to get into the Best Western Park Place.

Thanks for the quick info. I want to use that HOV trick if possible. However, FWIW, the BWPPI is the only hotel you don't have to backtrack for. Their entrance is at the stoplight. The driveway is between the hotel and (shudder) Captain Kidd's.
