Article titled - "Jason Nissé: Mayhem in Mousewitz - The Thing Is: Michael Eisner"
Nobody pretends Michael Eisner is lovable. In his 18 years at the helm of Disney he has gained a reputation for aggression and backstabbing. He is renowned for touching the bonnets of executives' cars when he arrives in the morning to see how long they have been at work. He has regular rows with subordinates that inevitably lead to their departure. One former Disneyite said the Eisner regime was so tough that staffers called the place "Mousewitz". Another who complained that Eisner was too much of a control freak was told: "You want autonomy? Be a poet."
Now, for those who do not understand the "Queen's English", a bonnet is a car hood. And a row would be a "arguement".
