We will be spending 5 days at DLR beginning June 10. The park is open 8 AM-Midnight that first day (Tuesday), so I had assumed Fantasmic would be showing. Now that the entertainment schedule is up on the official site, I see it is not! This throws my itinerary off, as we were looking forward to watching Fantasmic the first night with the first-timers in our group. Any ideas why it's not showing that night? I see that the following week it is showing on weeknights.
I need to schedule Fantasmic for another night, and I was wondering if it is possible to watch the Electrical Parade and make it back over to watch the second show of Fantasmic?

i'm by no means a Disneyland expert...although I wish I were :) I've heard on different boards that it is difficult to get to Fantasmic after the EP. Although, I don't think I've heard it was impossible. I believe fireworks are going right after the EP so Mainstreet is pretty packed. I've heard people take the train to NOS and try to avoid the crowd???? Maybe that would work for you. Good luck! :)

It can be done if you don't stop to watch the fireworks. Try catching the train at Main St to NOS. Its the easiest route.

We are seeing the fireworks on other nights, so that suggestion is perfect! Thanks so much!

We have watched the ELP and then made it to the second showing of Fantasmic! twice, and neither time was very difficult. I'd recommend watching the ELP near Golden Dreams, then walk from there, through the DL main gate and walk down Main St. while the fireworks are going. You should end up right at the Frontierland entrance as the fireworks are finishing, and in perfect time to get a spot for Fantasmic!
All this will depend on just how crowded the park is, but we did this the Thursday before Easter (peak Spring Break time...very crowded) and also last summer on a Friday night (not quite so crowded).
Good luck!

and don't forget that most of the Main Street stores are connected and if there are lot's of people on the street, we often just weave through from the emporium all the way down to coke corner!
