I know I've posted this before - (if you're on the DDP do children have to eat off the children's menu at CS) so I'm not asking generally again. As there wasn't a consensus I was wondering if people going would be kind enough to post their experiences on their return by means of trying to establish a more robust overview of the situation. Here's hoping :)

They do say that kids have to order off the childrens menu when available, but when i was down there in Dec. '06 I had my 8 y/o grandson with me. He ordered adult meals at all of the CS meals. He's not a PBJ or chicken nugget kind of kid. I don't know if they are tougher on it now but that was my experience then.

Thanks - this is what folks have been saying so I'm hoping some people with recent experiences can confirm this is still the case! It will be the difference for us over having to hand pick CS locations or knowing they will all, more or less, be ok for us.

In September I ordered an adult meal for Max without any problems. I think we only did it once - it was at Pizzafari because I knew he wanted pizza. I didn't even do separate orders or anything, it was just the two of us, so our cards read 1A 1C and I ordered 2 adult meals at the same time without being questioned at all.

Cool! Thanks Wendi. Please keep this info coming MP fans.

Can anyone confirm this is still kosher in 2008? We would like to be able to pool our CS credits (2Adults + 1 CH) and get 1 Adult CS for lunch and 2 Adult CS for dinner to split.
I know I can do this at places that don't have kids menus - but what about regular CS? In 2008 does the computer know how many Adult CS and Child CS I have used vs just knowing how many CS I have used?

However, I noticed during my last trip that they have begun to add signs to the menu boards at counter serve locations that state that children using DDP must order from the kids menu, and specifies what items are included at that location.

Oh, that's not such great news :(
