Since Mr. Niwel and I will have time in the morning before our DCL shuttle gets us at 12:15 at POFQ ... we were thinking of going back to DTD that morning for breakfast and shopping (we're going to Pleasure Island the night before).

Anyone know how early everything at DTD opens?
Or anyone have any suggestions for something fun to do that morning that would be easy to get to?

I know a few years ago my sister and I did a morning of shopping at DTD - but that was a 'sleep in' day, so not sure what time it was.

I was just re-reading some notes or something yesterday and had a comment that the boat from POFQ didn't start running until like 3, so you may have to bus it, if they still have that same sort of schedule (it was a couple years back).

ETA: When I had similar-ly timed flights or DME pickups, I'd go to another resort for a late, leisurely breakfast. But not sure how apealing that would be right before a cruise!

We're fine with hopping on the shuttle. If the taxi was an option we could do that (I posted a thread in the transportation forum about it).

At DTD at DL we would have breakfast at the bakery or Jamba Juice ... is there a good place a DTD for a bite?

Last time we went to DTD on our last day we found the resort bus ran only once an hour. We had to time lunch and shopping so we could get back to our resort in time for ME pick up.

So if you take the bus, check the times and frequency.

My Birnbaum Guide lists the shop hours as 11am -11pm.
According to the menus on Allears Wolfgangs Express has breakfast items that are available from 9-11am. Earl of Sandwhich also has breakfast items, no times listed though.

hi there, when we were there in february, DTD (the shopping side) did not open until 11am (we too had planned to have breakfast there, but ended up having it elsewhere and then heading off around 10.30.
