Soups should be assumed to NOT be vegetraian unless they are specifically stated to be. Most are beef or chicken broth based. Very Very few are vegetarian. Even most vegetable soups are beef based.

these are not strickly vegetarian as they are processed with Beef Tallow.

Of course, though rather than not strictly, they aren't vegetarian in any way, shape, or form. Hence my suggestion to avoid them.

I have Oscar's recipe for Loaded Baked Potato Soup, and yes, the base of the soup is made with bacon and chicken stock, so just taking the bacon off the top won't make it vegetarian.

Very good to know. Was getting confused with suggestions for the soup, and I'm glad to know the actual ingredients!

Ya know I totally missed the word avoid. I read it as a suggestion of what TO eat. Sorry.

Does anyone know what type of Italian dressing is used at the resort? or more specifically if it has cheese in it? I am trying to put together VEGAN options and finding it pretty difficult. Other than fruit & salads, which would mean the dressing would need to vegan.
