When do they announce extra magic hours? We are going in November and I can make my ADR's in the beginning of May. I would love to know EMH before I make the ADR's. Are they typically the same days for each park or are they always changing?

They are up through September now, so May makes sense.

They generally release then just over 180 days from the first day of the month, to support people making their ADRs. Unless you're going during Thanksgiving week, they are generally going to be the same days of the week as October. They MAY add a few (particularly at the MK), and in doing so, move others around, if you're going at Thanksgiving. I don't recall if they did last year, but I know they have done this around Christmas/New Years and Spring Break/Easter.

That's good to know. It seems that in recent past they did NOT release this info until a few months later, making booking difficult. Good to hear that one part of the company has caught up with another!

This is typically the time that we go and the crowds are very manageable. Our experience has been that the Saturday before Thanksgiving is the perfect day to leave :D

That is great to hear! We have been in May and June in previous years. We purposely planned this time in hopes of lower crowds and lower heat!:cool:

Oh no i am really worried now, we have booker our trip for 2 weeks arriving 15th November, is it going to be really bad for crowds. We usually go first two weeks in september but i thought i would be nice to have the kids birthday (19th) at the parks. My hubbys falls on 25th so we will be there for his to.
I was planning on making ADR for chef mickeys - brekfast and CRT - dinner for 19th and wispering canyon for 25th.....do you think these dates will be really busy?

Thanksgiving falls on the 27th this year, so that week will indeed be more busy. But the week before should be pretty light. Just do all the cool stuff early, and don't plan on hitting all the long line attractions later in your visit. You'll be fine!

So, I thought maybe they would list the calendar for November today on May 1st. No such luck. I have been waiting (not so patiently) and I keep checking and hours and events are not listed for November yet. I'm hoping they list it sooner rather than later!:rolleyes:
