Yes, it is my understanding that it expires on that day at Midnight or closing. In otherwords you can no longer use it starting May 20th, unless you renew.

Yes, SandyMarie is correct. My friends expired on 12/8/07 and they were able to get into the park that day!

I agree too. I went to the park on the day mine expired. Of course I just renewed it anyway. :)

Thanks all. We live in Denver and this year we won't get to spend the same 40 days in the park at last year so we wanted to go one last time before our passes expire
