My 12 year old son is autistic when we go to disney we bring a doctors note explaining his condition and they give us a disability pass which makes it possible for him to enjoy disney when he wouldn't normaly be able to. My question is can I use this pass to get into Famtasmic without having to stay in line. This would be impossible for my son to do.

you're going to have to wait somewhere. i don't know the actual answer for your case, you may want to check with guest relations. i'm thinking if you have a GAC, you should be able to use the same entrance by Oscars that wheelchairs and purchasers of the F! dining package use. you'll still have to show up half an hour or so in advance, but you'll be able to sit.

I'm guessing that sitting for half an hour might be an issue and while I don't know 'the answer' I am of the opinion that an industry as huge as Disney should be able to manage your perfectly reasonable request to show up a few minutes before show time. Why don't you try writing to them in advance to get an answer and hopefully you'll get a positive response you can show to a CM on the night. Have you seen the Fantasmic show before? It's full on sensory stimulus - you might want to think about sitting towards the back to lessen the effect a bit. I'm claustrophobic and on those grounds alone can't deal with the front end seats and the mass of bodies all around me; it's quite closed in if lots of people are an issue. Hope you get a positive response.

Thank you I will contact guest relations.
In our experience, the answer is no, you will not be let in early with the GAC. However, you will be allowed to sit in the special seating area at the top rows of the stadium, near the entrance/exit.
My 16 year old son also has ASD. I found using the Fantasmic Dinner package to be a benefit for us. For the price of a ts meal, we entered wo a line; sat at the top of the stadium(in case he needed to leave) and had really easy access leaving the stadium as well. And entering early, may not be what you want anyway-waiting can be really difficult as you know. I liked the ease of having him be able to walk around and check things out rather than waiting in a seat. Word of warning though-it's loud-really loud with lots of chances for sensory overload.
F! actually was easy for us in terms of management than Nemo at the AK.
