If you were to choose one...Tokyo Dining or Nine Dragons?

I'd go with Tokyo. Always been satisfied with all the eateries in Japan.
When we tried Nine Dragons, an hour later we were hungry again. It just did not seem like a lot of food. And be it that we tend to eat lunch early and dinner later, we were hungry. Food quality there was good to very good though.

When you go might make your decision for you. Nine Dragons is on the closure schedule for April 6-Nov 30th.

If you eat chinese food frequently than I think you'll be disappointed with Nine Dragons. It's way way more expensive than your average chinese restaurant with a more limited menu and smaller portions.

They pushed the date back to May...Its the first time it will be open when we go.

Tokyo Dining is definitely better.
