My DH and I are going to WDW in May, staying at Allstar Music. We are flying for the first time with Southwest Airlines. We are good with logging on for our letter/number assignment before we leave but how about for the return trip? Where can we get on a computer...will the front desk be able to assist by logging on the website for us?? How did you do it? We don't depart Orlando until 7:20 pm.
Thanks........41 more days........................

Guest services at the resort will be more than happy to print your boarding passes for you 24 hours or less in advance of your flight. Just go to them with your confirmation number.
I've also done it at guest services in a park.
OR, if you have a web-enabled phone, you can do it there, and when you get to the airport, go to the self-service kiosks and reprint your boarding pass, if you're not checking bags.

There a couple of ways to do it.
1)If you happen to be at the hotel when your 24 hour window opens the front desk can do it for you. If you are at a park/DtD you can go to guest relations and they will either do it for you or give you access to a PC to do it yourself.
2)If you have a Web enabled phone you can do it yourself through the phone.
Very easy. Don't forget your conformation # and make sure it is correct! I almost gave myself a heart attack last year when I had the wrong conformation #. I had to call SW to get the right one, quick and easy but I was sooo mad at myself.

Web-enabled phone is what I do, and then go to the kiosk and print out the pass.
But, since I'm an A-lister, i usually don't have to worry about hitting that 24 hour window to get into the A" line.
Have a happy day.

I'm surprised to see that people have had this done at park Guest Services. I called before our January trip with this same question, and was told (rather curtly) that the park Guest Services would NOT do it. You had to go to a hotel, and they said that it had to be your hotel, and that they would check.

The one time I did do it in a theme park was Epcot, and they didn't actually do it for me, they had a computer with internet access and a printer set up in a little room to the side that they let me use. This was October 06. I would SO ask at the theme park you're in before trekking to a resort, and I would trek to a nearby resort before going to my own if it was farther away. (i.e., if you're in Epcot, go to the Beach Club).
I even had one time (July 06) that the resort took my information and checked me in when I wasn't there and I went back later to pick up my boarding pass.

I've checked in several times at my hotel, and they never checked to make sure I was a guest. I suppose the worst case would be, you could call the concierge at your hotel, have them go on-line and check you in and they should print out your boarding passes and hold them for you, or you could print them later. So, for that park day, take both your confirmation number and the hotel number.

I usually just give my brother my flight information and ask him to do it for me at the 24-hour mark if I am not able to conveniently access a computer myself. I can have the boarding pass reprinted once I arrive at the airport and I don't have to hassle with it while I'm having fun on my vacation... at most I give my brother a call to remind him, but I don't have to stop what I'm doing to get checked in for my flight.
