We have made our dining ps's for the other restaurants we will be eating at on our trip to DLR but with goofy's kitchen we have the fun sun vouchers that were payed in advance and i was wondering if were still able to call in the 60 day window to make reservations or if the system is different this way since we have these vouchers???

Yes, PS arrangements should be made even for a pre-pade voucher. :)

They don't need to know till you get there. Just present them when you check in, as payment.
