I love the luggage part of DME, but since we tend to stay at AKL the bus service leaves a bit to be desired - AKL is the last to be dropped off (usually POP and CS - before AKL can make for a long tiring ride).

So, the question is - can we use the luggage part without taking the bus (think we are going to do the quicksilver towncar)? Any thoughts or concerns?

I was assuming that the yellow tags would signal the buagge part with us having to do anything special.

The way I understand it, at least one member of your party must check in @ the DME desk in the Orlando airport in order for you to use the service at all.

I have the same understanding as Greg for the trip from the airport to AKL.

For your trip home IF you are on a participating airline, you CAN do the resort check in with your luggage (if your timing is right). Resort check in is totally separate from DME.
