The week I have a pool view they are closing the quiet pool! How mad am I ! They just posted it ughhhhhh

That sucks!
It is in Winter, slower months that they usually do any refurbing or construction work that needs to be done. Keep that in mind when you book next time, so you won't have that inconvenience. And be sure to ask if they know ahead of time when they are doing any refurb work on the pools. It does suck to not be able to look out at a nice clear blue pool and just look at construction. I feel for you. I would not be happy either.:(

How do you find out that kind of information? Where do post pool closures and the like?

While not a real answer to your comments, now would be a good time to see if you can get your room view changed. I mean, if you really wanted the pool view and now its gone, see if there are other options. Some options may be cheaper.

But yeah, sometimes this happens and its not exactly what you planned for. Been there, done that. But it never really impacted things.
