We are WDW newbies that are heading to MK in April w/ our 3 year old. We are staying at the Comfort Inn--Lake Buena Vista, which has a shuttle to MK running 7-8x per day. My guess is that it will take us to the TTC, and then my question is: Is it better to hop a bus to MK or get on the monorail from there? Is there a good way to "gauge" the lines or which way would be fastest into MK? We will have our 3 yr old + a stroller w/ us, if that makes any difference. Thanks for your help!

There is no bus from the TTC to the Magic Kingdom. You can take the monorail or the ferry. Both you can roll the stroller right on with the kid in it, but the Ferry you can move around after you are loaded in. Especially for the first time, the Ferry is a more enjoyable trip, IMHO.
