We have tickets left from previous years, some were bought at different times, and used different amounts. In other words, I have no idea what is left on them.:rolleyes: How can I find this info out so I can get the needed tickets before we arrive?

Not until you get to the parks. They aren't allowed to do it over the phone, even.

Drince is correct. The only way to find out is in person at a Disney Guest Relations window at the parks or Downtown Disney.

One of the reasons is that you (I understand you are NOT doing this) could call Disney, find out how much is left on the ticket and then sell it on ebay.

Sorry. A few years ago, you could call and find out. But not anymore.

Bummer! Thanks for the info, though. 3 out of the 4 of us will be getting in free with my step-dad's cast member perks, we'll only be there one more day during our trip, so it will be close...
