Anyone know if I need to call club libby lu and set up an appointment to have my daughters hair done?

I would recomend calling. Reservation times do fill up quickly, so have a couple days and times during your trip in mind when you call. They do require you to pay for at least the min. package (about $25) when you call. If for some reason you need to cancel they will let you use that amount to purchase products in the store, but will not refund it.

However, you dont have to have a reservation. You can do walk in, but sometimes walking in will require you to wait for an hour or two.

When we went the only times available were not great- like 9 pm. They did manage to find me an ok time, but it wasnt ideal for us. So, when we had some free time one morning my husband called and they said that if we came in the next few minutes they could get us right in, there was no waiting. It was about 11 am on a weekday.

Word of caution- dont let them get near the blue eyeshadow! My daughter came out looking like she had black eyes from all the blue they put on her. I had to take her straight to the nearest bathroom to fix it.
