You'll probably have to take a taxi, but I don't know if they'll let you go to the bus dropoff point. You don't want to go to the TTC; there probably isn't anything (monorail; ferry) running yet over to the gate.

I wouldn't trust that the bus would get you there in time; they usually go about 1 hr before opening, and that is when your ADR is.

You could take a cab to the Contemporary and take the very quick 5 minute walk to the gate. That's probably what I would do.

Since you're going to a park (vs another resort), check with Guest Services desk at POR and ask them. I believe they do run limited buses early enough for the early ADR times.

I did what Drince suggested when we wanted to get to AK for an 8am ADR(when the park opened at 9am) from CBR. I was assured that yes, the buses would be running early enough. Guest services said when to be at the bus stop-and it worked perfectly. I was a bit nervous but it turned out I didn't need to be.

buses typically start about 2 hours before park opening. for MK, they even start earlier, around 6:30. the only stipulation is they may not run as frequently.

but there's no problem. MK alone has CP, CRT and BBB all starting at 8 am and plenty of onsite guests waiting to go. buses will be there.

i've done 8:05 ADRs repeatedly at MK. even when i thought there was going to be an issue, there wasn't.

Also, if you are going to Chef Mickey's and are polite to the driver he may drop you off at the entrance to the Contemporary before he makes his turn into MK bus parking, and it is only about a three minute walk. (But also it is only about a five minute walk from MK Bus Parking.)

During our first ever vacation in June 2006, we stayed at POR and was able to ride the bus for our breakfast ADR's at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace. The bus service was running early enough as our ressies were at 8am for Chef Mickey's and 8:05am for Crystal Palace. The bus's electronic sign showed: "Character Breakfast", and I asked the driver after he pulled up, if he was going to the Contemporary for Chef Mickey's. He said yes, and also dropped us off at the Contemporary. There was also a couple of other familes going to the same breakfast. You should have no problem riding the bus to the theme park breakfasts.
