I was just checking out the menu for Riverside's foodcourt and I want to know what happened. Cheeseburger, chicken strips, and fish sticks? Pizza and 3 sandwiches? They used to have so many different things, yea they weren't healthy, but I still enjoyed them. They used to have nachos, taco salad, cheesesteaks, and quesadillas. We tend to eat at the food court a lot so does anyone know if they really did downsize?
Are you looking at a menu when they were remodeling? We were there last June after the remodeling was complete and it had all the selections and different stations as it has always had?

It was updated November 2007. Has anyone been there recently and can update us?

There's one at allearsnet.com from November 07. In addition to the things you've noted above, they have a daily carving station of beef or turkey in the evenings.
There's also some kind of salad bar, and some sandwiches on ciabatta. That still seems a bit light on the fare, though, so I don't know if there's more after you get there???? Hope so!

We were there in August and found the selections to be very good. Also, some of there bakery items were wonderful. While somewhat unexpected, we were happy with the service and the quality of the food.
Keep in mind that not all the stations may be opened in the late evening hours, but there is enough for a late dinner, for sure.
