I have a question about folders.

It says I have 57 messages in my folders.

So, I go to my profile to manage them and it says I have zero.

I don't want to back things up and I would like to clear them.

What do I do?

ahhh Mousewife, you have had the same 'problem' I did, when you go to your PM folder the drop down menu on the right says something like "incoming" or received .. I don't remember which, that you you show as clear right? Now, on that same pulldown menu, go to "tracking message" and you need to clear THAT folder, then using the same pulldown go to 'sent' messages and clear THAT folder,, those other two are sneaky little buggers and hide from us Technically "impaired" folk!

Yes, I am definitely computer impaired. :)

You know what a big problem was, I had limited the days to show how many were on file.

So, I went back to 'the beginning' and man, there they were!!!

When I deleted them, they still showed. So, I went back and re-entered and they were gone. Whew!!
