Hey Mousketeers!!!!

Have my big trip planned for OCTOBER but....but....with an AP.....I cannot wait that long.....what are your advices for the best/favorite/events in spring and summer???? For example: the food and wine festival??? Anything happening particularly special in the summer mid week???? We only have deluxe APs!!! Thanks!!!
