Ok. So DH and I can not agree on the best spot to be for the Illuminations at EPCOT. Our son (3.5years) has not seen it yet and we are trying to decide on the best spot to find for the best views. What are all of your suggestions for the best spots. Also if you have any GREAT spots for the Wishes fireworks we would appreciate the input too. :D

These are nice requests, but my "best kept secrets" about viewing areas will not be posted to a public board. I want to still have a place where I can go in my ECV with friends and/or relatives and still have an opportunity to get a good view.

Illuminations can be really loud. Does your kid like that? My oldest is still not a hug fan of fireworks because once (when he was about 2) he was sleeping in his stroller and the fireworks started and scared the living daylights out of him.
While not the greatest view, I like to watch Illuminations from over near the bathrooms near the baby care center. There are benches, you can catch a quick last ride on test track if you want and you're closer to the exit.

There's a great spot in front of the Canada pavilion, right across from the steps that lead up into the pavilion. It looks like your view might be blocked by trees and buildings, so it's not very crowded. But it's actually a great spot to see everything, and you don't have to get there more than 15 minutes or so early.
Enjoy!

Ah, c'mon CF...really? We won't tell;).
I can tell you that the accessible viewing area in Germany for Illuminations completely...s...stinks. We were newbies and so didn't know any better and took that one. Nope. never again-tree overhangs the view area as well as a light post. Hmm-as the Canadian pav. is my favorite, will have to file that tip away of Dan's. Can I get a Moosehead near there....?:)
Wishes in the MK-again, the accessible viewing area for the parade was really appreciated and right up front; but if you want to move to another spot for Wishes, it's a "no can do" on what supposedly wasn't the highest traffic night at the MK. You can see the fireworks really well from there-but geez...it was body to body....

Not sure about that, but you are a 1 minute walk from the Rose & Crown pub. Come join me for a brewskie or 3, or my personal favorite - a very strong vodka martini!!!
