Hello everybody! This is about the 8th time i've ever been to disneyworld, but this is the shortest time too!
Here's what happened:
Day 1: Flight, check into A.K. Lodge, then Magic Kingdom!
After our flight to Disneyworld, the Disney Magic Express picked us up and brought us to our hotel, the Animal Kingdom Lodge! The ride was kinda slow, and the driver wasn't going as fast as he should've been, and the stops at the other hotels, the Coronado Springs Resort, and Pop Century, took quite a while. But other than that, it was a smooth ride! So we checked into the hotel without a problem! Our luggage had not arrived at our room yet, but my dad said it does take a few hours to get there. We took the bus to Magic Kingdom after checking into our room, and then the weirdest thing happened. My dad had looked on the internet and it said that the Magic Kingdom was going to have late hours for hotel guests that night, but the guy at the entrance said it isn't! They must've changed it, because according to the lady at the customer service, they changed it to a cast party instead of extra magic hours! We got really mad, but we got over it. So we decided to just do certain rides. It was SO crowded, and I got pulled out of school to go on this vacation, and it seems like that is what everyone else is doing now too, because it was crowded with kids! The only ride we had a horrible experience with was the Winnie the Pooh ride, as it kept breaking or something, and then fastpass people kept coming in, and we waited for an hour in line, but the thing said it was a 20 min wait! It was still fun, though. And I swear, you can't find one simple burger or hotdog stand in the entire park! So we just had to eat at Pasco Bill's (I think that's how you spell it. It's by the Country Bear Jamboree and the candy store.). We decided after the parade to just go, but Main Street was PACKED on the way out, and we could barely get through before they dimmed the lights for the fireworks! We saw them from the bus, and that was enought for me!
Day 2: We woke up and went to the Mara for breakfast, and had to eat outside, with all the birds by the hotel pool -_- . After eating breakfast, we headed off for the bus to Epcot! I went on Test Track with my dad, but some ignorent dude next to me wouldn't move his leg off of the bar, and I was screaming oh my God the entire time it got to the fast part because I had one bar to hold on to! Other than that, and the next things I'm about to talk about, all the rides went smooth, but I got scared on the Epcot ball, because it feels like you're going to fall out! They need something to hold onto on that ride! When we went on Figment's ride, it broke, they turned on the lights, and were about to make us get off! But they fixed it! It broke when we were in line too, because people kept clapping and the line started moving! The rest of the day was smooth, and went quite well! I forgot to mention, we went on the new Finding Nemo ride, and it was really cool! Love the birds who say "MINE!" outside of the ride! I got video and pictures of them! They're SO funny!
Day 3: We got room service so we didn't have to eat with the birds again, and the room service was very very good! After breakfast, we went to Epcot again! There aren't any other parks we really like as much as Epcot! We decided to spend today going on certain rides, instead of all of them. We went into the Inventions building, and they had a Wii, and these boys were playing on it for like an hour, and their parents weren't even there! So I asked my dad to go ask the guy who worked there if there's a time limit to playing the Wii, and the guy made the kids get off, kindly of course! After I played the Wii :D , we went on some other rides, and nothing really much happened that day.
Day 4: We went down to the lobby at 6:30 AM, to find out that they coudn't print our plane tickets because they couldn't find our seats. We went to the concierge, and they couldn't get them to print either, so we got on the bus, and when we went to the machenes at the airport, sure enough, they could print them! So we went home, and got there safely!
Bottom line: Not the best Disney vacation ever, but it was a really good one and a fun one!!
