View Full Version : ADR -charge for no show? dawz1026 01-29-2008, 09:28 AM Do they warn you ahead about a fee for a no show? GusMan 01-29-2008, 11:19 AM There is no fees for no shows at most ADR's. CRT is pretty much one that does have a policy in place. I think the dinner shows like the Luau and Hoop Dee Doo may have other policies, but I am not 100% sure. Others can chime in with updates/corrections. If in doubt, you can always ask when making your ADR's. The best, and polite, practice is to cancel ADR's that you do not plan on using. And the sooner you know about such changes, the better. stan4d_steph 01-29-2008, 12:53 PM Do they warn you ahead about a fee for a no show? They warned me about a no-show fee for the character meal at Akershus. It was a $10/person fee if I had not shown, and I had to secure the ADR with a credit card. bradk 01-29-2008, 03:14 PM any time they require a credit card for booking, there's a penalty fee for noshow. for dinner shows/CRT, this is payment in full (which is made when booking unless on the DDP anyway). otherwise, for Princess Storybook, it's $10 per person. at California Grill, it's $20 per person. at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, it's $10 per appointment. I can never remember when payment is due for the packages like F! and CPP, but it's the same sort of deal. GusMan 01-29-2008, 06:33 PM I was unaware of the changes to the Princess Storybook or Cali Grill. Will have to keep that in mind. danyoung 01-30-2008, 09:43 AM ...it's $10 per person. at California Grill... When did this take place? I just ate there in December, and was not charged anything up front. Drince88 01-30-2008, 02:36 PM When did this take place? I just ate there in December, and was not charged anything up front. It's a no-show fee, not an up-front fee - and since you knew you were going to show up, it probably didn't register. I think they told me about it for last April... danyoung 01-30-2008, 03:20 PM But for them to get any fee at all, they'd need a credit card at the time of the rez. I'm pretty sure I didn't give them a credit card when I made the ADR. |
