I am looking for a die cut (or something similar) of the Tree of Life and was wondering if anyone saw one at the scrapboooking store in DTD?
About the store in general, is there a lot of things there that you can't find in stores or on the net? We're always so crunched for time on our visits that I haven't stop there before. (We stay with my parents 45 minutes away...)

Thanks for any help!

I thought the selection is pretty limited, especially if your local store has a decent Disney selection.

What you might want to check out, though, is MouseMemories (http://www.mousememories.com/) They've got a TON of Disney stuff, and in all honesty, I'd be surprised if they didn't have something that would work for you. (Provided it exists!)

Over the years, I've found that I've liked the scrapbooking items AT WDW much less. I've done much better at JoAnn Fabrics or Michael's. I don't know why, but I just haven't liked the stuff sold on-site that much. I'll look around to see about the die cut. Surely, someone must have one by now!

Well, I did a big search on both yahoo and google, and not much came up! Hmmm...I didn't think it would be that hard! You could blow up a sticker to paper size and then cut it out yourself.

I haven't found a die-cut for the Tree on the Mouse Memories site, but I have purchased paper packs featuring the various parks, and I think you can get it printed on paper. I've ordered lots of stuff, on line, not only from Mousememories, but also from the currentcatalog.com site and from the orientaltrading.com site, both of which have discounted scrapbooking supplies.

Thanks for the info! I'll have to come up with an alternative... I may have to find a picture to copy to cardstock and get out the ol' exacto knife. I think I'll pass on the WDW store. I seem to be doing just fine accumulating Disney supplies without it, anyway! I'm almost done with our trip from '04, and still have to do '06 and '07. I was hoping to have them done before our trip in March. Who am I kidding?!

I may have to find a picture to copy to cardstock and get out the ol' exacto knife.

The other thing you could do would be to buy a postcard that you like and cut that out. Hope that helps!

Look at Ebay Item # 270136627797 . This lady is wonderful! I order from her all the time! These are all her designs, she hand draws all these paper piecings and they arrive worth every penny! I always go to her and she does custom orders too. I just saw this post and thought I'd share this Ebay Seller, since I scrap and think she is so clever, browse her store...she thinks of everything for the piecings! Seriously!

The Disney scrapbook store is a big let down, I must say. They sell tons of picture frames, and other stuff related to pictures, but the actual scrapbooking stuff selection was rather slim. They did have packs of papers related to the parks that i have not seen elsewhere, but I purchased a few and have used very few pages from each. not worth the money. One cool thing they did have was Mickey-head edged scissors. neat.

I get most of my stuff at Michaels, AC Moore, and Scrapbook stores. Online, you can get GREAT stuff from Mousememories.com (as forementioned) and also at scrapyourtrip.com. Great sites. I am always buying to scrapbook my next Disney trip :) That's my favorite part of scrapbooking, I think. My newest additions are the Cricut Princess, Pooh, and Mickey cartridges!! You can cut anything to just the right size.

As for the Tree of Life, I have a page on it that I did get in the scrapbook store, but like I said, it came from a book or pack that really wasn't worth the money :)

Have fun scrappin'!
