Ok...I thought there was a weight limit to Orange stinger...but I didn't notice it on the sign when we were there in September? Wasn't it a 200 lb limit? Is this still the case?

Thanks,
~Annie

Thanks,
~AnnieI saw the sign back a couple years ago (when the height limit was lower) but I haven't seen it in the last year.

Funny thing I did see there.... Last trip, I was with my kids and nieces. Don't know which group it was with, but they decided to go on the Stinger. I see it go around like twice. There was one swing that was twisting and I hear the announcement "Don't twist the swings" (or something like that.) It happened twice. Then the ride stops. Of course, my first thought was what did my son do... After a couple minutes the ride starts back up. Only person I see exit the ride was this older (50+) gentleman. OK, where is the teen that caused the trouble. Ride ends, my kids come off, I asked what happened. The older guy kept trying to spin his swing, so they kicked him off. That would be so embarressing.

On another thread, I searched and couldnt find it, it was explained why the limit changed. The orange stinger had chains holding the swings when it opened and a weight limit, was it even 200 pounds I thought it was lower than that. With one of its refurbs the chains were replaced with a solid flexible piece that won't snap with heavier weights.
