Even though we have been to Disney World a million times we have never been able to fit in a day to go to the Water Parks. THis trip however we are taking a day for it for sure. I am just wondering between the two Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon which one has more to offer to a toddler. My DS will be 2 months shy of 4 years old when we go and he is a brave little thing and loves slides. We live near Wisconsin Dells and the last time we went there his favorite was the 'rollercoaster' type water slide similar to the Crushin' Gusher at TL. Although, I checked the hieght requirement for TL and he would not be able to ride the Crushin' Gusher. There for I am wondering what all of your recommendations would be for which park has more for him to do. I know which I would pick for myself, but we are going for him :p And does anyone know if he could do the Reef snorkle at TL? Is there an age or height restriction for that?

According to Passporter Shark Reef is 6 and up only. Both BB and TL have kids areas. When my guys were little I think they slightly preferred the BB one, but both are fun. The wave pool at TL has huge waves that I think would knock him off his feet, the one at BB is much smaller with calmer rolling waves. The family raft ride is also much better at BB.

My 3year old son LOVED TL - especially the wave pool. (With Mrs. or I holding him, of course.) Of course, he has no fear to begin with.
We love BB as well, but the waves were a winner with out kids.

Been in your position a few times now.
Here is my experience:
Blizzard Beach was preferred for us because of the longer and more interesting lazy river, the big family raft ride (all ages and the whole family can easily fit in one raft) and a decent play area. I have such good memories of my son falling asleep on my stomach in the inner tube on the lazy river.
Typhoon was good but only the kids area was solid (slightly better than BB for medium size kids that can climb on playstructures and ramps and such). But the Typhoon lazy river is much shorter and has far less to experience so it got old after one loop. And the "family" raft ride in Typhoon is impossible with a toddler (and way too short anyway). You have to carry your own raft up, it only fits two or three people and most and is generally disappointing.
I think the wave pools are comparable for young kids. Typhoon has much larger waves of course but for little kids we had to stay far back anyway so the BB waves were just as fun for us.
