I'm developing a new online tool which will take your vacation dates and tell you all published closures (separating what's closed during your entire trip and what's closed during only part of your trip).
you can find it at http://www.stitchkingdom.com/refurb
future enhancements will (hopefully) include the ability to store your dates on the server and be notified by email when changes that affect your trip are made.
comments/suggestions/problems very much wanted.
thanks :)

It looks good. I picked a date range in early February and then compared it to the list on AEN. You have picked up detail inside Innoventions which it had not, but it had closings of pools at the resorts.

resorts will be added. as will disneyland as an option. i just wanted some basic data in there to get the test up and running (if the tool just flat out failed, it wouldn't have been worth the extra effort for the resorts). there were a few moments, i was even questioning the whole thing. the logistics of determining which attractions were closed the entire trip and which were closed only part of the trip was really taking its toll on me.

thanks :)
Disney Resort Refurb info is included now, but because there are so many resorts having things going on concurrently and I created this just to avoid that sort of overload, the user is limited to choosing just one resort (at this time). if there are any matches, they'll be listed.

I'm reasonably technologically challenged and it worked like a dream for me :)

Brad - Worked great for me, however, we are staying at a Downtown Disney hotel, and so the resort part didn't apply to us.
I didn't know that was your site! I used it for Kidcot info and then found out about the Animal Kingdom passport from your site too! VERY helpful - Yay Stitch!!

thanks all.
the 'offsite' confusion has come up already. I think i'm going to just add a dummy non-disney line.

Alerts are now live. You can save your dates and be notified by email when something changes specific to your trip.
I think :)

A few new changes/additions:
(1) Disneyland information is now an option - slight kink to work out in the future, but it works
(2) You can save 1 alert for each WDW and DLR for a total of 2 alerts at any time
(3) For those bunch of you that have an alert already saved, going to the page will automatically load and display your search (if you have both DLR and WDW, WDW will show)
(4) as one of you already found out, at the 7 day mark, it sends a PhotoPass reminder. at 183 days, it will send an ADR reminder. these are WDW only right now, comparable DLR reminders will be offered
