ChipmunkStar 01-07-2008, 12:20 PM There may already be reviews on Deb Wills' site (allearsnet.com).
GusMan 01-07-2008, 12:38 PM Using the search (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/search.php)function, I found this (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?t=77880&highlight=Family+Suites)thread that may be able to get you started.
Here is another link to another site with a room layout and some additional info:
family suite at ASMu (http://www.mousesavers.com/allstarmusicsuites.html).
prekmom 01-11-2008, 11:45 AM I recently staying in the suites in October. It was a total of 6 in the room, 3adults and 3 children. I found that the room was good, i mean how much time do you actually soend in it. Although when everyone was awake we had to fold the sofa bed and the 2 single beds up. The 2 bathrooms were very nice to have. It had a tiny kitchen with a microwave, sink, refridgerator and shelving. I found the beds a litlle hard, but other than that it was fine. Our rooms were in the Calypso section, so it was very close to the main building. We were on the backside of the building so it was very quiet.
Leslie 01-13-2008, 03:30 PM Hi Laura, Did you get a coffee pot in the suite and was there already blankets, sheets and pillows in the room for the pullouts or do we need to call and ask for them? Did it have some coffee packs, and cups also? Thanks:)

Hi, Leslie! I'm from MI too and I've just started thinking about the family suites at ASMu too---so I'll be following this thread! I could tell you all you need to know about POP Century, though. :)
Leslie 01-14-2008, 04:00 AM Hi Maddie Mouse, We would stay at the Pop, I did have a reservation there to start but changed to the Music suites. Husband snores so loud Im up all night so he needs his own room so I can get my rest plus we like to eat in and not stand in long food lines. Being the suites only have a microwave instead of a stove we will eat dinners out. So for 2 people we will have plenty of room. Im still looking for information on whats in there so I know what we need to bring but will keep scouting around. Have fun planning. Leslie in snowy Traverse City.....:)
prekmom 01-15-2008, 10:30 AM hey~ Okay they did have a coffe pot and the coffee, cups, paper plates and plastic utensils. The pillows for the pull outs were tricky to find in the chair and ottoman, but after calling for extras we found them after all, they are underneath the pullout just tucked away for safe keeping i assume. I loved the fact that the room with the queen bed did have a door to it so if we stayed up late talking about our plans the next day we would not wake the girls up. Overall, the experience was pleasurable for me. My children love going to the value resorts because it is decorated and the activites are geared more with children in mind.
Leslie 01-16-2008, 04:53 AM Thank you I will look behind and in betweeen things before calling. lol :)
MaddieMouse 01-16-2008, 04:30 PM I wanted to share this---I called the reservation center yesterday, and booked our ASMu Family Suite---and the CM told me that the room we're reserving is the last Family Suite available for the time we'll be there (Dec 23-28). There is still a possibility of us switching to POFQ or POR, so does anyone want a heads-up if we decide to switch? So you could call right away?
(This reservation expires Jan 28, I have till then to place the deposit)
Leslie 01-16-2008, 04:49 PM Any recent reports about bed bugs in the WDW resorts? Or more specificly the Allstar Music Family Suites? Thanks:)
GusMan 01-16-2008, 05:01 PM Leslie... I merged your two threads together since it is pretty much a continuance of your thread on the ASMu FS's.
To answer your question... I have never seen bedbugs at any WDW hotel nor have I heard of such reports. Thats not saying that someone has never experienced them, but just stating what I know and my opinion.
Florida can be somewhat buggy during certain times of the year and sometimes you can get a few in your room if you prop your door open and the like. (especially "love bugs.") But like I mentioned, have never seen bedbugs.
