I'm going to make a list of the restaurants that offer kids eat free (or $1 deals). So far I just have Jolly Roger Cafe. Does anybody know of any others I can add that are within the Disneyland area?

Wish I could help, but I've only had inexpensive meals for kids at Mimi's Cafe, which are about $4 to $5. My son loved his meals there, plus I had nice breakfasts of fruit and toast/bagel which was affordable.

Many hotels have free breakfast of cereal, pastry, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee etc. We had nice, not huge tho, free breakfast at Carousel Inn.

Well, Captain Kidds has kids eat free doesn't it? But, well, you get what you pay for.... Personally, I prefer the kid's meal at Cafe Orleans for $4.99. My niece and nephew LOVED it there! (http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q133/Malcon10t/Plotting.jpg)

The restaurant at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel (Mi Casita I think) has kids eat free with each paying adult for the breakfast buffet.

I'm sorry, I was going breakfasts, and its $5.99. I was calculating after our AP discount. Dinner is $6.99. We loved the breakfasts there. Kids usually got hot chocolate with lots of whipped cream and an OJ (one got one, the other picked the opposite then shared, it was cute...) Then they ordered one egg and one waffle breakfast and shared.

Do you mean "all Denny's and IHOPS" in general or the specific locations on Harbor Blvd across from the Main Gate?

Thanks! Those are the kind of deals I'm looking for. Our hotel already has a free continental breakfast, and I know we can't get away without buying some snacks at the park. But for main meals, my kids don't eat a lot and I won't spend $7 (x3) for something they'll only eat half of (and sharing isn't much of an option) DH and I really don't care what we eat, we just want the kids to have a great time and if that means McD's than so be it! I do want to try to have one meal at the Rainforest Cafe.

I recommend that you visit Mousesavers.com for some great money saving ideas. Also, the Rainforest has a club you can join to get priority seating and a discount on your meal. When I signed up they sent me a discount coupon for my first visit. I seem to recall it was $10.

Portions there are huge!! A salad, personal pizza, and a pasta was WAY too much for three adults! Keep that in mind.
