I have been reading some reviews for dining at Epcot on mouseears.net. Do you make reservations for those places on the WDW-DINE number as well? Or is there a different number? Do you call the places directly?

You can make all ressies for Disney World Restaurants with 407-WDW-DINE up to 180 days in advance.
I think the only time you would need to make a direct call would be to make them aware of any dietary restrictions that they need advance notice of, or to order a special occasion Cake.
