View Full Version : Celebrity Sightings in Disneyland

I am guessing the rock was a party of three. He is in the front, someone you can't see is right behind him, someone who looks a lot like him is next (brother maybe), then a woman behind him who I am guessing is with the cardboard cutout in the back. Oh wait, that red cusion is actually a person in a hoodie. I am thinking that is the child of the woman and the cardboard cutout.

Is there a similar thread in the Walt Disney World section? If there is, I've never noticed it. As such, I have seen at least one celebrity out and about in WDW. I won't post about it here unless y'all want me to.
On topic, my brother swears that he and I walked past Paula Abdul on the walk from Disneyland to the Disneyland Hotel. I only saw the girl from the back, so I can't be sure. The hair looked right, and she was quite short. Who knows?
Alley Mills, the mom on The Wonder Years, walked right past us in Disneyland once. I didn't notice. My brother and sister had a brief conversation with the older brother on Family Matters(aka The Urkel Show) I wasn't present. And...again, my brother and sister got to stand behind Connie Selleca on an old 4th of July televised Disneyland special. I slept in that morning.
This was all in the late 80's/early 90's, by the way. On my next trip to Disneyland, I'll be on the lookout.

I thought I saw Jeanette McCurdy (Sam on ICarly) on July 20th walking down mainstreet in Disneyland. Anyone else see her.

Me and my friend saw a world famous soccer player named Rafael Marquez while we were in the single riders line for Splash Mt. and my friend loves him and started freaking out. She was hilarious and embarrassing at the same time hahahaha. We ended up not getting on the ride and just waiting to see him come out, then we took a picture of his drop photo :p

We saw both Rick and Chumlee from Pawn Stars at the golden horseshoe on July 25th. They did not want to be seen and sat up in the box near the stage. It was reserved for them.

Okay! I'm back from my 1st visit to Disneyland in ten years. I'll post a trip report in the appropriate thread. But, I have two celebrity sightings to add.
1- Christina Aguilera at the Grand Californian. Yeah, I know. A bunch of people saw that. She was taping for the Disney Christmas Day special. How about this next one?
2- Robert Pattinson(possibly) at the Grand Californian. Mrs. StarTourist was taking the baby out for a late night stroll to get her to settle down and sleep. She ended up on the third floor in her travels. She saw a guy without shoes talking on his cell, hanging around one of the kind-of out of the way spots on the third floor. Was it him? Who knows? My wife didn't know his name, calling him, 'The guy from that vampire movie'. I asked her if he was the one in Harry Potter and she said yes. She's still unsure that it was him, but I tend to believe her when she tells me stuff like this. Mrs. StarTourist said that there were some girls wandering around who were acting like they were watching him, or at the very least recognizing him.

When I was younger a freind and I were eating at the Blue Bayou and we saw Steve Garvey.
The last time we were at DL we saw Derek and Julianne Hough as well at Adrienne Maloof and family from RHOBH. The time before Slash and RHOC The Barney's.
Heard that Jessica ALba was at the GC this past weekend.

Saw Chaz Bono with a large group at DCA on Friday night. The group was enjoying Screamin' and Toy Story. Chax didn't ride the rides but was still having a great time. Yesterday, we saw some of the Disney Channel kids from "Ant Farm" and "Shake it Up" (not the main stars - daughter recognized them) celebrating a birthday of one of the group in Tomorrowland. Blogs are saying that Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez appeared in yesterday's afternoon parade. Daughter is really bummed about missing that!

Laura Dern yesterday in DL. DH saw an MMA fighter on Tuesday in DCA. And the professor of astronomy from UC Berkeley who is a recurring commentator on the tv show The Universe.

There was a HUGE group yesterday with about 3-4 plaids with them, along with 5-6 private security members in suits. Political leader? Anyone else see them?
