Hi guys, we're back. I'm writing my report, but here's a short version of the meal reports:

12/2 lunch @Roaring Fork. Good sandwiches, boring desserts.
dinner @Cape May Cafe. Fantastic as usual! Great mussels and clams.
12/3 snack for breakfast
lunch @Sunshine Season. Rotisserie chicken & pumpkin creme brulee. Both good.
dinner @Tokyo Dining. Very good sushi and tempura. Recommended. Skip dessert. Very loud.
12/4 snack for breakfast
early lunch @Kona Cafe. Tonga Toast: terrible! Macadamia/pineapple pancakes: outstanding!
dinner @Artist Point. Our first time back since 2005, and that was great. This time was very disappointing. Mediocre service and food. Atmosphere still wonderful.
12/5 breakfast @Roaring Fork. Yogurt parfaits. Wow, super yummy - snack credits.
lunch @Tusker House. Superb! Really is a mini-Boma. Slow to seat, but fast inside.
dinner @Kona Cafe. Menu changed. Shrimp and Scallops to die for. Best meal of the trip.
12/6 breakfast @Whispering Canyon. Skillet all-you-can-eat. Terrible; cold and bland. Server confused playing a part with good service.
lunch @Cantina de San Angel. Good, filling combo platters.
dinner: packed sandwiches to eat at airport from Earl of Sandwich. Great sandwiches, even cooled off. Cookies were huge and fabulous!

Next trip will be our son's first! No idea when that will be.

178 and got my ADRs!!!

LittleJ, was the tonga toast bad because of taste or how it was cooked? I'm still deciding if we will add a Kona Cafe breakfast onto our schedule.

I received a letter from Disney welcoming us back to Dinsey in May. The wait is tough, but only 166 days away.

Wow, can't believe it only a little over 15 days till I'm back taking in the magic of WDW - it hasn't sunk in yet...and for a rather long visit (for me): 4 nights: 3 full park days and 2 non-park days. Looking forward to seeing AK at night, the updated HM and "hopefully" the new SE (along of course with everything else)!

...also eating at Boma for the first time! Can't wait to hear "Please stand clear of the doors!"

34 more sleeps!

It is exciting but sort of a let down as well. We have never surprised the kids before (10 and 14, been going since the 14 y/o was 3) so we are missing out on the pretrip chatter. We always plan at least 5 or 6 months in advance and spend the whole time discussing the trip. But this is something new and different and after 5 sleeps we can talk about it all we want!:D
