My daughters have I pods. I am ignorant to what style. They have had them for about a year. The older slim version. Not the shuffle.

When we first bought them we hooked up with no problems to our computer bought stuff from I-tunes worked great. We had a computer issue. Have had that fixed. However, I still can not get I-tunes to work. I have unloaded and loaded the original CD installation that it came with. I have loaded the new upgrades from the sight and still I can not connect. I have an icon on my computer that states ITunes but it always states iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have sent the error reports. I have clicked the more information button on the error reporting icon but then it has an error and shows me nothing. Please help. This is making my teenage daughter miserable. Just very frustrating

What type of computer do you have? What is your operating system? What version? What version of iTunes is installed on your computer? What is the error message exactly as it appears on your screen?
