Hey gang!
Was thinking of surprising the wife with a visit to Mickey's Very Merry Chrstmas Party and was wondering if anyone could tell me;
1. Can you gain early entrance like The Not So Scary Party by making restaurant reservations?
2. Any other neat christmas oriented things available that don't get too much advertisement?
Thanks,
Dave

If the past holds true, you can use your Mickey's Christmas Party ticket starting at 4:00 to get into MK. Of Course if you have an annual pass, length of stay pass etc you can enter MK at any time and after 4 go show your Mickey Christmas ticket to get your wristband.
In re to other holiday activities....I know it gets a ton of publicity but the Candelight Processional at Epcot is fantastic. We also enjoy watching the shows in the Epcot countries re how other countries celebrate the holidays.

I never see this advertised, but we love it. Each of the Disney resorts has a special Christmas display in or near the lobby somewhere. Our personal favorites are the life-size gingerbread house inside the Grand Floridian, the giant chocolate carousel in the Beach Club (or was it the Yacht Club?), and the candy model of an amusement park at the Boardwalk. In addition, every resort has a themed Christmas tree set up. We're planning on taking an entire evening on this trip just to hop to our favorite resorts and take in the scenery.

Here's a thread (http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?t=77601) that lists a bunch of the special Christmas time stuff.
And the last couple of years the Boardwalk has been a fire-place scene with Mickey and Minnie, not an amusement park. (And it is Beach with the chocolate carousel!)

Thanks, Cathy! I forgot to mention the last time we were there at the holidays was in 2004. :rolleyes:
I like the idea of the fireplace scene.... Ooooh, I can't wait!!
