Call early and often. It's going to take a commitment to hit the phone as close to the opening as possible.

You could have called 180 days from the first day of your vacation, and make reservations for your whole vacation, if you are staying on-site, or 180 days from each day, if you are not. The Dining line opens at 7AM, EST. This is the "hot ticket" and usually fills up fast, in part because there are limited seatings. You can also seen the characters at lunch at Cindy's castle. I suggest you call tomorrow, and be open to any time, for breakfast or lunch, every day of your vacation. In order to be sure to get in, I usually start dialing a few minutes before 7AM, at the 180 day mark, and keep hitting redial till the lines open up. There are several prompts before you actually get to talk to a person. At this point, if you have not made any other reservations, you should just do it all with one call. Also consider the Princess Storybook meals at the restaurant at the Norway Pavillion at Epcot. It's easier to get into that one, and also very enjoyable. You can also keep calling right before you get there, or each day you are there, to see if there is a cancellation.
