They're all easily accessible in the same time frame from Terminals A and B (I forget where Jet Blue is) Also, a little tip for you. I've always used Dollar, great rates with various codes. I recommend signing up for Dollar's Fast Lane service, it's free and it allows you to bypass what is normally a very long line at the rental counter. :) Hope this helps.
