I cannot believe the price on this show. Can anyone tell me why they are so strict, You cannot return or transfer these tickets . I had to go ahead and purchase ours for fear of not getting them ,with the possibility of my granddaughter not even going. I will be paying from now till my retirement.

The thing is that most theater shows have pretty much the same terms and conditions. Once you buy the tickets, you are pretty much stuck with them.

As for the "transfer" restrictions - while somewhat a guess, I am rather sure that is legalese to help curb illegal scalping of tickets. There is probably more to it than that, but it is most likely at least one of the reasons.

I've worked in theatre most of my life, danced etc. . .and so has my FI. Thats really quite standard for live performances.

I know the tickets are a bit on the expensive side (although depending on where you sit, i think its fairly close ot a popular theatre show on or off broadway) but the show is very worth it. They have a ton of performers to pay (and you will love them all - i assure you!) plus the music is all live, not to mention the 50 or so men and women backstage that make the show run flawlessly and safely that you NEVER see. We had the chance to speak with the sound guy last time we were there and i was even more impressed than iw as the four other times i had seen it. The amount of man power they use for that show is amazing.

I do know its expensive, trust me, we bought ours last year on student salaries, but its WORTH IT !:)

Enjoy!

Where are you sitting?

It is a beautiful, surreal, amazing show. You won't be disappointed, I promise. I took my parents to see it, and they balked at how much I paid for a "circus," but they haven't stopped talking about it 3 years later!

PS I tried to get tickets to see Cirque in Las Vegas, and they were more like $200/ticket!

The show is well worth the cost. I have seen it 3 times.
