I'm leaving soon to head down towards DL and have a few last minute questions.
1. Where is the best place to sit for the parade at DL?
2. Where is the best place to sit for the parade at DCA?
3. Where is the best place to sit/stand for the fireworks?
4. I'll be there over Veteran's Day weekend; is it worth it to invest in RideMax since the park will be crowded?
5. When is the best time to ride Nemo these days?
6. Turtle Talk with Crush will only be open the first day I am there; there are only adults in our party - is it fun for adults?

That should do it for now! :D Thanks for any help and advice!!

1 and 2, don't know.
3, we actually enjoyed the view from back at It's a Small World, though we've never seen the fireworks at the castle. also we could sit, rather than stand, which was nice.
4, I'm not an expert at going when it's crowded, nor have I ever used a touring plan like that, BUT if I were going over that weekend, I would indeed use a pain plan.
5, don't know about Nemo these days.
6, there were some adults that Crush interacted with, despite having tons of kids there, and those adults seemed to like it. they creeped ME out, b/c they were saying things with innuendo that I didn't really appreciate (especially b/c Crush was "flirting" back, yuck), but they did enjoy themselves.

1. Where is the best place to sit for the parade at DL? - I like to sit in front of City Hall or anywhere there at the end of Main St
2. Where is the best place to sit for the parade at DCA? - There isn't a parade at DCA, just a little show that makes 3 stops. You can check the map when you get there for show stops and sit at one of them if you want to see it. It is just a High School Musical thing though and not very entertaining IMO
3. Where is the best place to sit/stand for the fireworks? In front of the castle or on Main St is my favorite
4. I'll be there over Veteran's Day weekend; is it worth it to invest in RideMax since the park will be crowded? - Personally, I think you should just ride what you can as you pass it. It will be SO SO crowded that even Ridemax may not help you.
5. When is the best time to ride Nemo these days? Around 4-6ish or get in line right at park closing
6. Turtle Talk with Crush will only be open the first day I am there; there are only adults in our party - is it fun for adults? - It's ok... but I would not waste the time on it when you could be riding the big stuff

1. We generally sit in the area between Main Street and the Matterhorn and it's a good area, but watching it by It's a Small World is cool but that area gets crowded fast.

Well there's Disney's Electrical Parade, but maybe they don't run it that time of year. But if it is running...

2. Normally we sit in the area between Sunshine Plaza and A Bug's Land, but we've also sat in Sunset Plaza but again that area gets crowded faster.

3. Pretty much anywhere on Main Street has a good view, the great thing about fireworks is that they're up in the sky. Although one word of advice, is try not to stand too close to the cast members who are directing "traffic".

4. I don't know what to say on that one, we've never used it before and we usually get along just fine, but we've also been enough to get an efficient system of things going. But if you think you'll need it I'd go for it, it could be useful.

5. First thing in the morning on non-early entry days. Other than that you can try to hit it at the opportune time, but even then I would not count on it being shorter than an hour and a half.

6. Turtle Talk is great for everyone! Crush does a great job of entertaining the little kids as much as making the adults laugh. I definitely recommend it.

Parades at DCA, there is the Block Party Bash which goes along the parade route with stops at "party zones" Where to watch depends on which of the Pixar characters are your favorite. I'm not sure which are where, but you can ask about it at the information booth or someone here may be able to help.

I'm a big RideMax fan and I strongly recommend it for busy weekends like Veterans weekend. It's inexpensive and very helpful. It's also a lot of fun to play with!

We like to sit near small world for the DL parade it is usually either just starting or ending there.

Fireworks, anywhere you have a good clear view of the castle. Spots will fill up early so plan for it.

I think turtle talk is pretty entertaining but if it's a LONG wait, I would skip it.

Have a fun trip!

Fireworks, I stand behind the hub near the popcorn stand. Is Stitch's talk still going on in Innoventions? If you don't do Turtle Talk, I recommend the Stitch talk, It is more for adults and was really fun (and you get a photo with Stitch). Ridemax? Just learn and use Fast Passes efficiently. Best time for Nemo, I have seen is right before the fireworks (around 9:10), but you sacrifice the fireworks show.
