Sushi lovers, I saw this on WDWmagic.com: Tokyo Dining is now accepting reservations. I just got off the phone with Disney Dining, and they confirmed it. I have mine! They started taking them on Oct. 19. They are on the Dining Plan, and it will take 1 table service credit per person. The CM I talked to says Illuminations-timed seatings are moving very quickly!! Call now, people!

Is this the Beni-Hanna type place, or what used to be the Teppenyaki sushi bar? And how much did it change?

Nuh-uh, it's the other place. The Beni-Hana type place (what used to be Teppanyaki) is now called Teppan Edo, and I don't care for that style of dining. It's pretty much the same as before.
Tokyo Dining is the restaurant upstairs that replaces Matsunoma Lounge. Apparently there's a good view of Illuminations from there, though I've never had an opportunity to experience it myself. The new menus for both are posted at Allearsnet.com.

OK, so now with this new place, are there actually THREE places within this building? The other was a sushi bar where you sat at the counter in a big horseshoe. Small, but tasty food. Is it still there?

The sushi bar was absorbed by Tokyo Dining. So it leaves Tokyo Dining and Teppan Edo in the main building, and that counter service place (can't remember the name, Yakitori House?) in the replica tea house. Tokyo Dining has a decent-looking sushi menu now, and that's what we're planning on trying for our ADR on Dec. 3.
