I thought since I was doing stuff, I'd do instructions for Windows XP, (I must be bored):
1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
2. Click the "Start" button.
3. Click "Search" and click "All Files or Folders" from the menu that appears.
4. In the window that appears, in the "A word or phrase in the file" field, type in "mousepad" (without the quotes).
5. In the "look in" box, select "Local Hard Drives" (without the quotes).
6. Now click "More Advanced Options", from the list of new options, click "Search System Folders", and "Search Hidden Files and Folders", leave "Search Subfolders" checked.
7. Click "Search".
6. After it has finished searching press CTRL+A and press the "Delete" key.
Your cookies should now be removed. You may want to restart the computer and revisit the board to be sure.
