We've never done a tour before, nor have we been to the parks in December before. We're planning to do the Holiday Tour on either Friday or Saturday December 7 or 8 because we wanted to go during daylight when there is a 3:30 parade scheduled. Does it matter which day we go as I presume Saturday will be much busier than Friday? Or should we go on a slower weekday but it will be dark prior to the 6;30 parade, right?

You know, I am not sure it is going to make that much of a difference BUT knowing that Saturday is a lot more busy I would go with Saturday. Just because you will be able to get on two very popular rides with no wait.

I am doing three tours; one on Friday, one on Saturday and one on Monday.
