Hi,

I tried searching in the threads first but struck out ... so here's my question.

There are 13 of us going, with four different rooms. I will have booked my room before the 180 count-down starts so I'll have a reservation, but my in-laws may not have a room reservation when 180 day hits (for various reasons).

My question is, can I make reservations for all 13 of us with one room reservation? Or do I need room reservations for everyone before I can make ADRs?

Thanks for your help!

I believe for 13 they are going to ask you to go through the Grand Gatherings department, when I tried to do 9 they did the same thing. I just made reservations for 5 and 4 (kids and adults) at the same time and we had no issues our entire trip.

As for the room, it won't matter. I usually make dining reservations long before hotel ones, I usually know when we're going and wait for the best room discount as long as I can.

To add to that ... For dining, in many cases, the telephone number you associate with those ADR's is going to be the big thing.

(This is how they do it for those staying off-site.)
