I want to know to whom I should file a public complaint regarding the Anaheim Resort Transit. Yesterday (Thursday Oct 18) we stayed for the Mickey's Trick or Treat. The online schedule shows that the last pickup is at 11pm from Disneyland. Our driver confirmed that 11pm is the last pickup.
We arrived to the pickup at 10:50, waited and waited and waited, finally at 11:20 we took a taxi. There were dozens of others waiting in the ART area since 10:50 and not once did any ART bus show up.
I've gone to the 'contact us' link on their website and all 3 email addresses came back returned to me for various reasons.
So.... rather than wasting my time calling and complaining, who should I direct my complaint to??
